Law students have addressed many issues in legal memoranda and annotated bibliographies as part of their pro bono placements with the CWDO. A legal memorandum is a document used in law to communicate legal analysis and advice. It typically outlines the facts of a case, identifies relevant laws, and applies those laws to the facts to offer a reasoned conclusion.
